I’ve spent most of my career cooking in the Southwest of Western Australia, working across some of the region’s best restaurants and kitchens asking one simple question… “How can we do this better”.
Over time, I saw a consistent gap in personalized catering services.
Catering and private dining often lacked the same level of execution and quality you’d expect from the regions best restaurants.
Winyup was created to change that.
The goal for us is simple:
bring the best restaurant-level food and service into private homes, weddings and events — without compromise.
What began as private chef dining and dinner parties has evolved into weddings, large-scale events, and corporate catering—now supported by a purpose-built mobile kitchen for seamless on-site catering.
But our approach hasn’t changed.
Every event we cater for is still built around the same fundamentals — well-executed food, considered menus, and a level of consistency rarely seen in catering today.
I’ve been working as a chef since I was 18, building experience across a wide range of kitchens and service environments.
That experience shapes how Winyup operates today — combining restaurant-level standards with the flexibility required to deliver events in homes, private venues and remote locations.
